To recruit a stable, qualified and fully vetted work force from within the locality of the assignment.
In an industry that is notorious for high turnover and low caliber staff, we have devised a number of specific techniques aimed at both successful recruitment and above average retention of Operatives.
These may be summarized as follows:

Great attention is paid to the reception of the initial application,

The Application Form, whilst ensuring that the most dedicated information is provided, has been specifically designed to be "user friendly"

Once recruited, arrangements are made to ensure the proper induction of the new recruit into the company. Not only are they visited on site by the Area Manger, but the Personnel/Training department follows up their progress with regular contact.
However, it has to be recognized that pay levels also play a part in the recruitment and retention of high caliber personnel. The company provides an excellent pay and condition package, which is believed to be one of the best on offer in the industry.
Additionally, an assessment is made about employment levels in the locality of the assignment, and recommendations are always made to the potential client regarding the base level of hourly pay necessary to attract and retain the correct caliber of Operative.
Unusually for the industry, the company operates a comprehensive benefit package of all its employees, which include:-
