1. Store/Reception/Gate House Security
Titan Security Services Guards are trained to the highest standard in contract guarding. We incorporate training resources such as SITO and City & Guilds in addition to inhouse specific client directed courses. Training will always be tailored to include any specific client directives.
2. Security Officer
Duties range from the patrolling of floors in order to observe and apprehend, to the completion of specific instore loss prevention checks. They undergo extensive training and are fully aware of all legal aspects. A full statistical breakdown of all incidents is forwarded to the client.
3. Marshals
Titan supply marshals to various agencies and councils to help create a better environment for the public by reducing anti-social behavior and criminal damage, we work closely with CCTV operators and the police.
4. Covert Operations
To assist clients in the limitation of losses at the till points TITAN Security Services Ltd., can carry out three different types of test purchase.

Procedural: A test purchaser will carry out a transaction at the till point and report on the accuracy of the till operator.

Standard: Two operatives will attend a store and one will carry out a high temptation purchase, the second operative will report and act on the cashiers actions.

Staff Awareness: A test purchaser with written instructions will pass through the till point and attempt to pass undetected with items hidden in others etc. They will not leave the store, but once through the tills will identify themselves to the manager. The staff should be made aware of the operative's methods as to stress the importance of the correct procedures.
